2016 has proved to be my most adventurous year of all my 27 years. In February, I had ridden on an airplane more often than driving a car! I visited Orlando, Winnipeg, Canmore, Las Vegas, Estes Park, and Austin for a total of 2 workshops, a conference, a wintry cabin trip with my loves, and my very first Sisters-Only vacation! I miss seeing all the corners of the continental North America, but I am beyond excited to have a few quiet weeks home. Plus, I have a pretty extensive Starbucks 'I Am Here' mug collection to show for it! Be jealous, friends.
As most of you know, much of my travel was purely photography-related. I have smushed all of the new things I've learned in the last months into one, extraordinarily long 'Business Goals List'. I have so many amazing photographers to thank for this sort of out-of-the-world inspiration that has rocked my core. Slowly, in the next month I will be rolling out these new changes one by one. I'll begin with my website. What do you think of the new page? I'd love to hear your insight! Make sure to comment below.
Last weekend, I attended the infamous Jeremy Chou Photography Workshop in Austin, TX. I was one of a lucky handful to see how this brilliant photographer tackles his business, and in the process learn how to take our own modest talent to the next level. I think it's safe to say there's much that I learned. Take a look at these digital sneak previews!
